Ingredients:  
1 large flank steak - frozen then partially thawed
Peanut oil
Soy sauce
2 1/2 C H2O
1 C rice
2 packages french style green beans
1 T cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Cut flank steak into 1" strips and then into 1/2" pieces
Marinate overnight or half day in mixture of peanut oil and soy sauce
Cook rice in H2O according to box directions
Cook french style green beans
Cook meat (removed from marinade) on high heat stirring with fork until browned
Stir in cornstarch and H2O.
Stir in cooked green beans and serve over rice
