Easy and Delish!!!
1 head of cauliflower - washed and cut into chunks
1 clove garlic
1.5 cans Pastene Kitchen Ready - gently blended
2 eggs scrambled
2 tbsp romano or parm cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup water (or wine!)
fresh basil / parsley
pepper
1 lb cooked pasta (any kind)

Sauce Pan
Saute Garlic and Oil
Add Tomatoes - simmer for 1/2 hour
Add scrambled egg with cheese
Add cauliflower - simmer for an additional 45 mins/ stirring gently
Add fresh herbs, basil/parsley through simmer process
Add salt & pepper to taste
Toss with 2-3 cups cooked pasta, and serve with grated parm !
