3 tbsp orange marmalade
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tbsp honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º
Prepare pork loin by cutting anyway any fat. Salt and pepper the loin(s). On medium-high heat, add the loin(s) to 2 tbsp olive oil. Cook for 5 minutes, turn, and cook for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 of marinade, place into 350º oven, and cook for 10 minutes. Turn, add remaining marinade, and cook for another 10 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes.

Done. We serve with rice pilaf and salad.
