2 cans Pastene Kitchen Ready Tomatoes
1 clove garlic
2 tblsp olive oil
4 -6 braised beef short ribs (braise in olive oil with garlic)
2 tbls fresh basil/parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Braise Beef Ribs in olive oil - set aside
Start gravy in large sauce pan:
Brown Garlic in oil, add basil & parsley to fuse
Add 2 cans pastene tomatoes
Simmer for at least a half hour before adding beef ribs (or other meats, sausage, lamb meatballs)
Simmer for 2-3 hours - stirring often

Serve Sunday gravy over pasta with cheese!!!
