1 box yellow cake mix
4 cups chopped small fresh rhubarb
2 cups sugar
2 cups heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yellow cake mix according to directions
pour in prepared 9x13 pan
sprinkle chopped rhubarb on top of cake
mix sugar and heavy whipping cream together and pour over cake.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour. let cool
and enjoy right away.
Refrigerate any left overs.
