1cup powder sugar
1cup sugar
1cup butter softened
1cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt,
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
4 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, butter and oil.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix till fluffy. sift dry ingredients together and add to cream mixture..Drop with teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. can use colored sugar.
Bake 375 8 to 10 min.
