4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 T sugar
1 cup whipping cream (Heavy)
Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese & sugar together.
Stir in whipped cream and beat with mixer until stiff.
Store covered in fridge for up to one week.

Servings:4

Serve over fresh berries and use for traditional topping for English Scones.
