1 pkg Kraft Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup salsa
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Prepare Macaroni & Cheese Dinner as directed. Brown meat; drain fat and add taco seasoning as directed on package. Stir sour cream into Macaroni & Cheese. Spoon half of the dinner mixture into 8 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.Top with layers of meat mixture, 1 cup of shredded cheese and remaining half of Macaroni & Cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 15 minutes; top with salsa and remaining shredded cheese. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
