Cake:
2 C. Sugar
1 C. Butter
3 tbsp. Cocoa
4 Eggs
1 1/2 C. Flour
1 1/2 C. Coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. Nuts
Icing:
1 lb Powder Sugar
1/2 C. Butter
1/2 C. Cocoa
1 jar of Marshmallow Cream or small Marshmallows
1/4 C. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla.

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Cream Sugar and Butter, add cocoa and eggs, mix in Flour, stir in Coconut, vanilla and nuts. Place in a 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Icing: Mix all ingredients into a pan on the stove and melt. Spread on the baked cake.
