3 egg whites
1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp vinegar

Filling:
1 c mashed ripe banana
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 c whipping cream, whipped
1/4 c icing sugar

Sauce:
4 squares semi sweet chocolate
2 tbsp butter
1/4 c corn syrup
1/3 c Kahlua
1/4 whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Beat in sugar, a little at a time. Blend in vanilla and vinegar. Beat until stiff. On parchment lined cookie sheet, draw 2 8 inch circles. Place meringue on these and spread evenly. Bake at 250º F for approximately an hour.

Filling:
Combine ingredients and place between meringues. Freeze in foil. Can be served after three hours or will keep in freezer. Remove from freezer about 30 minutes before serving. Serve topped with chocolate sauce.

Sauce:
Mix all ingredients and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
