Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Small ziplock baggie of roasted green chilies
Green Chilies and Fresno Green Chilies
1 white onion – diced
About 5 cloves garlic – minced
Pork – cut up small (we use chicken about 3 or 4 breasts or 2 pounds ground turkey for health reasons)
About 1/3 cup flour, maybe a little more (I just pour)
Olive oil
Salt
Whole canned tomatoes (about 6 of them and some of the sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in big skillet type pan
Throw in whatever meat you choose (I like turkey best) and fry until almost cooked.
Add chopped onion and garlic and salt
When fully cooked, add flour and mix well, while still cooking.
Run to sink and add water (maybe 3 or 4 cups?) can always add more to desired consistency.
Let boil
Add chopped up green chilies
Add tomatoes by squishing tomatoes with your hand so broken up
Let boil, stirring frequently.
Add water or flour depending on consistency.
If making more of as a soup, more water, if adding to potatoes, make thick.
