2 cans of chickpeas, drained (make sure you save the liquid)
1/3 cup tahini
Roasted red peppers (jarred or you can roast your own) used about 1/3 of a jar cut up
juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp olive oil, plus more for garnish
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Paprika for garnish

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a food processor

Pulse until starting to come together. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary. If the mixture is a little dry.

Add1 tbsp of the reserved chickpea liquid at a time, blending in between, until the hummus reaches your desired consistency

Pour into your serving bowl and top with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle with paprika
