Ingredients:
Ingredients:

1 package of cream cheese
2 tbsp. of milk
1/2 bottle of major grey's chutney
1 rounded tsp. of curry powder (more if you like)
2 tsp. of worcestshire sauce
1/2-3/4 tsp. of garlic powder
Couple of shakes of tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and put in a med. sized bowl.
Add the milk and mix into the cream cheese to thin it out a little. Add major grey's chutney (cut up any big pieces of fruit in it) Add curry powder, worcestshire sauce, garlic, tabasco and salt and pepper.
This is pretty flexible…can add more or less of everything. Chill it in refrigerator a couple of hours, then warm up to room temp for ½ hr before serving with good crackers. This also freezes very well if you’ve made a double batch and don’t use it all (rarely happens!)

Personal Notes:
My all time favorite appetizer, and judging by all those who ask for the recipe, its a favorite of many!
My former husband, Skip and I, had dinner with friends of his many, many moons ago and the wife served this appetizer. Fortunately, she was willing to share it!
