¼ cup butter
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ tsp pepper
¼ cup flour
3 cups sliced cooked carrots
1 ½ cup milk
3 tsp butter
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 tbsp parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Make sure sliced carrots are cooked before adding to mixture. Put in casserole dish (I always spray it with pam first).
Topping:
Pour 3 tsp melted butter over crushed corn flakes. Top carrot mixture and bake at 375ºF uncovered for 20 minutes.
