1 box penne pasta
1/4 c. olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. sea salt
28 oz. tomato puree
1 c. heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp. vodka
1/4 c. parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Boil water for pasta.

Add garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt in a pot and simmer for 15 minutes.

Then add puree in pot and add pasta into the pot when cooled.

Add the heavy whipping cream and vodka to the pot until sauce is thickened.

Add parsley on top of the pasta when served.
