Strip Steaks
salt / pepper
oil

Sauce -
bacon
3 T olive oil
onions
mushrooms
garlic
1 can beer (12 oz)
1/4 sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Salt & Peppers steaks with a little oil on each side. Cook 3 - 4 minutes per side on medium high heat. Let rest 10 minutes.

Sauce - fry bacon in olive oil. Add onions, mushroom, garlic. When mushrooms are cooked, add 1 can beer to deglaze pan - lower heat and add sour cream to thicken sauce.

Slice steak & pour mushroom sauce over meat.
