12 c popped popcorn
1 c butter
2 c brown sugar
1/2 c lt corn syrup
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1/2 dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Line 2 baking sheets w/silicon mat or parchment paper sprayed w/ baking spray.

Place popcorn in extra large bowl.

Melt butter in med sauce pan. Add sugar, corn syrup and salt and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in baking soda. Once incorporated, stir in the walnuts & cranberries. Pour the mixture over the popcorn & toss to coat evenly.

Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove & allow to cool for 10 minutes. Break into pieces and serve.

TIP - remove any un-popped kernals before you begin.
Spray baking sheet & wooden spoon w/ Pam before you begin the cleaning process.
