First Layer
1 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Butter or Margarine
1 Beaten Egg
1 tbsp. Milk


Second Layer
3/4 c. Apricot Jam

Topping
1/4 c. Melted Butter
3/4 c. White Sugar
1 Beaten Egg
3/4 c. Coconut
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Make first layer like pastry and press into baking pan.

Cover with Apricot Jam

Beat melted butter and sugar. Add Egg and Coconut. Stir in Vanilla and spread over jam.

Bake in moderate oven (350ºF) or until done?

Cool and cut into squares.

Probably use an 8" pan.
