1C mayo (I like to do 1/2 mayo, 1/2 sour cream)
1/2 C milk
1 lime
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1/2 C roughly chopped cilantro
1/4 C green salsa
hot sauce

There are a million Cafe Rio dressing knockoff recipes floating around the internet, and they're all delicious, but I particular love having this recipe on hand because most of those recipes call for tomatillos, and this one does not. I have sometimes had difficulty findig tomatillos, especially if I'm on vacation, but it seems like you can always find green salsa.

Also, this is a REALLY hard recipe to mess up--I vary the amounts of all the ingredients, depending on how I'm feeling that day and what I have on hand, and it always turns out amazing. And I always at least double it.
