3 - eggs
1/2 - cup milk
1/2 - teaspoon salt
1 1/2 - teaspoon baking powder
1/2 - teaspoon baking soda
1 - cup sugar
1 - large box instant pudding, vanilla or chocolate (or two 3-5 oz boxes)
1/2 - teaspoon vanilla
2 - teaspoon cinnamon
1 - cup oil (canola, vegetable or coconut)
2 - cups all purpose flour

Directions:

Grease two large loaf pans, one 9x13 inch pan or 3 disposable (8x3x2 in) loaf pans.

Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Dust the greased pans with falf the mixture.

Pour batter into the pans and sprinkle the remaining cinnamon mixture on top.
Bake for about 1 hour cool until bread loosens from the pan.
