1 egg
1 tsp water
2 tbsp Asian Sesame Dressing (Kraft)
1 c chopped pork tenderloin
1 1/3 c hot cooked long grain rice, slightly cooled
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 carrot, coarsely shredded
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp chopped dry roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and water with fork until well blended. Add to large nonstick skillet; cook on medium heat 1 to 2 minutes or until set, stirring occasionally. Transfer to bowl; cut into small pieces.

Add dressing and meat to skillet; stir-fry on medium-high heat 2 min. Add rice and soy sauce; stir-fry 3 minutes. Add carrots and onions; stir-fry 1 minute or until heated through. Remove from heat; stir in egg.

Top with peanuts and serve.
