1 qt. (4 cups) Small Onions
2 qt. (8 cups) Cucumbers
2 Red Peppers
1 Cauliflower
1 qt. Water
1/2 c. Salt

Let Stand for 24 hours - bring to a boil and drain.

Sauce

Cook the folllowing until thick

1 tbsp. Tumeric
1 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
2 qts. Vinegar (8 cups)
6 tbsp. Dry Mustard
Celery Seed

Pour sauce over mustard pickles and seal using a water bath canner.
