4 Chicken Breasts
Italian Bread Crumbs
2 Large Can Tomatoes
1 Small can Tomato paste
Onions
Oil
Parmesan Cheese
Egg
1 1/2 T Sugar (Include all of this sugar)
1 Clove Garlic minced
1 T Basil
Parsley
Linguine
1/2 t Oregano
Mushrooms
2 Slices Mozzarella
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in olive oil. Simmer tomatoes, paste, mushrooms, basil, oregano, parsley, salt & pepper, sugar. Add onions. Pound chicken breast till thin between wax paper. Dip in egg, then bread crumbs. Salt and pepper. Brown in olive oil with garlic in pan. Put 1/2 sauce in glass casserole dish, then chicken, then other 1/2 of sauce. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350º. Sprinkle with Parmesan and slice mozzarella cheese. Melt cheese and serve with linguine or fettuccine.
