1 onion, finely chopped
1 T olive oil
15-1/2 oz can kidney beans, rinsed & drained
16 oz can Pork & Beans
20 oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup catsup
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in olive oil till tender and golden. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 20 minuets. Makes 8-10 servings.
