4 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 c butter
2 1/2 c sugar
6 eggs
3 c milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Chocolate Frosting Filling:
3 c sugar
1/2 c cocoa
1 c butter
1 can evaporated milk
1 tbsp vanilla

Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting:
1/2 c butter
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c cocoa
2 c icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 - 3 tbsp milk
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugar until fluffy, beat in eggs one at a time. Add flour in 3 additions alternating 2 additions of milk beginning and ending with flour. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla. Spread 2/3 cup batter evenly into 14, 8 inch greased pans. Bake in a preheated 350º for 12 minutes. Cool

Chocolate Frosting Filling:
Bring sugar, cocoa, butter, milk to a full boil in a large sauce pan. Reduce the heat to medium until icing has thickened (will resemble chocolate syrup but will thickened as it cools) stir in vanilla. Let icing cool until thick enough to spread. Spread each cake layer with the chocolate filling.

Chocolate Butter Cream Icing:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl except the vanilla and milk. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla and 1 tbsp of milk. Beat. Add more milk as needed for spreading consistency. Spread over cool cake.

I use disposable tin foil cake pans. The cake doesn't raise, the layers resemble a large thick pancake.
