4 Tbsp. peanut oil
2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
2 teaspoon bottled minced ginger (I used fresh)
2 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground mustard

Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until desired consistency. Spoon over salad.
