1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 T margarine or butter, softened
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1-1/2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
milk, if needed

Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, margarine and orange peel until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy and of spreading consistency. If mixtures too thick, add 1-2 tsp. milk.
