6 floured tortillias
2 cups mexican style cheese (grated)
1 small can enchilada sauce

Directions:

spray casserole pan 13x9 with Pam. Cook tortillias in the microwave for 1 min just to softened them so they are easier to roll. One at a time place one tsp. full of sauce on tortillia add cheese and roll up. Place in the casserole dish seam side down, continue this until you have used all of your tortillias. Your casserole dish should be full, if not you can always add more. Add sauce to the tops of all the enchiladas and then top with the remaining cheese. Make sure you cover the tops completely. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 325 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
