1 - 28 oz. can sliced peaches, drained
1/2 c. peach schnapps
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
1 small vanilla instant pudding
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
2 c. powdered sugar

Combine peaches with next 3 ingredients in glass container. Let stand, covered, at room temperature for 24 hours. Drain, reserving liquid. Chop peaches. Combine pudding mix, cake mix, eggs, oil, 1 1/2 c. peaches and 1/2 c. reserved liquid in large mixer bowl; mix well. Stir in pecans. Pour into sprayed Bundt pan. Bake for 1 hr. or until cake tests done. Combine 1/4 c. reserved liquid, 1/4 c. orange juice concentrate and powdered sugar in bowl; beat until of spreading consistency. Spread over cake.
