Ingredients:  
1 medium head lettuce
1 pkg. (10 oz.) spinach
1 red onion, sliced
1 small container grape tomatoes
3 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 lb. bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/2 head fresh cauliflower, broken
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. sour cream
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a very large salad bowl, tear lettuce and spinach into bite-sized pieces. Layer onions, tomatoes, eggs, bacon, cauliflower, peas, and cheese. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, and sour cream. Spread over entire top of salad, sealing edges. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Toss to serve.
