4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 (15 oz.) can Festal Pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves

Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 stick butter (1/3 c.)
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 to 4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350º

1. Mix the eggs, oil, sugar add pumpkin in a large bowl.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

3. Pour into greased and floured 12 x 8 x 1 pan. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

Cream Cheese Frosting:

1. Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla and milk until soft. Add powdered sugar until correct consistency to spread. Cut into 2 x 3 bars after frosting.
