1-1/2 cups water
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
2 T cornstarch
1 sm pkg lemon Jell-O
3 ripe Peaches
Cooled, Pie Pastry
Directions:
Directions:
Slice peaches into cooled, baked pie shell. Mix the first 4 ingredients in top of double boiler. Cook until thick. Remove from heat and add Jello-O. Pour sauce over peaches. Cool. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
