3 Lg onions
10 hot peppers
6 Lg green peppers
1 t crushed fresh garlic
1/4 C cider vinegar
1 T sugar
2 t paprika
2 Sm cans tomato paste
3 T canning salt
1 T pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash tomatoes. Fill a large pan 3/4 with hot water. Bowl water and drop tomatoes in approx. 2 to 4 min. When tomatoes split, remove and peel skins and cut out bad spots. Cut 1/4 off top and remove seeds. Put the pulp in a gallon container.
Put 1/2 gallon tomatoes and put in large pot. Put in remaining ingredients except tomato paste. Bring to a boil and simmer about 1 hour. Add remaining 1/2 gallon tomatoes and paste. Cook about 45 minutes. ( Heat lids to boiling and keep hot, put jars in oven to keep hot. Put in jars, wipe jars, put on lids & screw on lids hand tight. Keep lids on for 24 hours.
