3 1/2 pounds Grapes
water
7 C sugar
1 Pkg sure-jell pectin
1/2 t butter
cheesecloth or pantyhose

Directions:
Directions:
Pick grapes & wash. Put 3 1/2 pounds washed grapes and 1 1/2 C water into large pan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Mash Grapes.

Measure 7 C sugar & put in bowl, set aside.

Place cheesecloth over strainer and pour grapes into strainer. Let drip over bowl till stops. Press gently.
Measure 5 cups juice, if needed can add up to 1/2 C water.
Pour 5 Cups juice, pectin & butter into large soup pot. Bring to full boil (rolling) on high heat stirring constantly. Stir in 7 C sugar quickly. Return to full rolling boil. Boil exactly 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Ladle quickly to prepared jars (sterile & hot). Fill to within 1/8 in of top. Wipe rims & cover with 2 piece lids. Screw hand tight.
