1 1/2 lb Ground Chuck
1/2 C seasoned bread crumbs
1 crumbled beef bouillon cube
Worcestershire sauce
2 t dried mustard
2 T ketchup, divided
salt & pepper
Diced onions
2 C Beef Broth
1 t Kitchen Bouquet
Corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Knead together, ground chuck, bread crumbs, bouillon, 4 dashes Worcestershire, mustard, 1 T ketchup, salt & pepper. Make into patties. Fry patties in skillet. When done, remove and reserve some liquid and fry onion till golden. Add several dashes Worcestershire sauce, 2 C beef broth, 1 T ketchup, kitchen bouquet, & (cornstarch & beef broth to thicken). Add Beef patties, heat through and serve with Mashed Potatoes.
