1 Green Pepper Chopped
Ham chopped
2 T Butter
1 1/2 T Flour
1 C Milk
Parsley
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Ham, Green Peppers and Butter till tender. Combine milk and flour and add to Ham and peppers. Heat and add more milk if necessary. Add parsley and salt & pepper.
Serve over toast.
