2 Racks Pork Spare Ribs (3 pounds each)
1 T oil
1 Med Onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 C Ketchup
1 Can Coke Cola
1/2 C Apple Cider Vinegar
2 T Brown Sugar
1/2 T Pepper
1/2 T Onion Powder
1/2 T Ground Mustard
1/2 T Lemon Juice
1 T Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Prepare charcoal grill. In medium saucepan, over medium heat, add oil. Once heated, add onion and garlic and sauté till tender. Add ketchup, coke, vinegar, brown sugar, pepper, onion powder, mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire Sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook uncovered, stirring frequently, for 1 hour 15 minutes. Place ribs, meatier side down on the grill away from coals. Close grill. Cook the pork ribs for 1 hour and 15 minutes; flipping several times. Coat ribs with Sauce and cook for another 20 minutes. Reserve some sauce for dipping.
