Cut the deer into small bite size chunks. Brown the meat until there is no longer any blood with a little oil. Salt and pepper meat as frying. Put 1/2 beef bouillon in bottom of quart canning jar. Place a piece of celery and a chunk of onion in the jar. Place the browned meat in the jar. Divide the juice into the jars. Add water to fill the jars leaving an inch space. Add 1/2 t canning salt. Fill canning pot 3 1/2 quarts water. Pressure can quarts with 11 pounds pressure for 90 minutes, for pints use 11 pounds pressure for 75 minutes.
