Deer Roast or Pork Roast
1 or 2 cans Cream of Mushroom (depend on size of roast)
2 Cubes beef bullion
1 or 2 cloves of garlic
Can Coca Cola Classic

Directions:
Directions:
Start preparing 2 days in advance: Soak the roast in water for 24 hours. Drain water and replace with Coke (2 Liters is more than enough usually) for at least 12 hours. (Tenderizes meat) Drain and put in crockpot; add one or two cans Cream of mushroom soup, add one or two cloves of garlic and two cubes of beef bouillon. Slow cook 6 - 8 hours. Or bake 325º for 4 hours.
