2 Small yellow summer squash, thinly sliced
2 Small zucchini, thinly sliced
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 T chopped green onion
2 t olive oil
1 t lemon juice
3/4 t garlic salt
1/4 t oregano
1/8 t pepper
2 T Parmesan cheese

Place the yellow squash, zucchini, tomato, and onion on a double thickness of heavy duty foil (about 17 X 18 in). Combine the oil, lemon juice, garlic salt, oregano and pepper; pout over the vegetables. Fold foil around the vegetables and seal foil packet tightly.
Grill, covered, over medium heat for 30-35 min or till tender.
Carefully open foil and sprinkle with Parmesan.
