3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 up chopped nuts

Filling:
1 cup powdered sugar
4 T butter
6 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs for 5 minutes on high. Gradually beat in sugar, stir in pumpkin and lemon juice. Mix well, then fold in remaining ingredients. Spread in a greased & floured 15 x 10 x 1 inch (jellyroll) baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Turn onto dish towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Start at narrow end rolling towel and cake together. Cool & unroll to fill.

Filling: Mix all ingredients till smooth. Spread over cake and reroll and chill. This can be frozen and sliced as use it. Makes 8 servings.
