6 to 8 green peppers (depending on how big the peppers are or how full you stuff them I normally make 6 )
1 small onion
2 cups white rice (I use instant)
1lb hamburger
1 24oz jar of Prego spicy Italian (or sauce of choice)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350
2.cut tops off green peppers and clean out, set tops aside.
3.boil peppers for 5 minutes then drain.
4.dice onion and tops to green peppers to cook with hamburger.
5. While cooking hamburger mixture you can cook the 2 cups white rice in the microwave.
6.drain hamburger mixture and add jar of sauce until warm, then add rice to hamburger mixture.
7.fill peppers about halfway with hamburger and rice mixture then add some mozzarella cheese, continue to fill peppers with hamburger and rice mixture almost to the top.
8.top all peppers with remaining cheese.
9.bake for 35 minutes or until cheese is starting to crisp.
10.let them cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
