6 Large Potatoes
1/2 C melted butter
1 C Shredded cheese ( Cojack or Cheddar)
6 Bacon strips cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes for 1 hour in foil at 375º. Reduce heat to 350º. When cool enough to handle, cut potatoes lengthwise into quarters. Scoop out pulp and leave 1/4 in shell. Brush butter over both sides and place skin side down on greased broiler pan. Broil 5 minutes. Put cheese and bacon on skins and bake till cheese melts.

Use potato pulp for something else.
