1 sheet 18 x 24 aluminum foil
1 small onion sliced
4 med red potatoes cut in bite size pieces
2 T olive oil
1 t season salt
1/4 t pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º or preheat grill to medium-high. Spray center of aluminum foil with cooking spray. Center onion on foil sheet. Layer potatoes evenly on top of onion. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form one foil packet.
Bake 30 to 35 min on cookie sheet in oven. OR
Grill 15 to 20 min on medium high in covered grill.
