Slice Potatoes thin
Butter
Diced onions
salt & pepper
bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes thin, rinse in water and drain. Dice onions. Layer pan with bacon. Add portion of potatoes, onions, salt and pepper. Dash with butter. Add another layer of bacon pieces. Add more potatoes, onions, salt and pepper. Dash with more butter and top with cut up pieces of raw bacon.

Bake 1 hour at 350
