Marinated Flank Steak -Fajitas Recipe

1/2 C Olive oil
1/3 C soy sauce (reduce sodium)
1/4 C red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
2 T Fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T Dijon mustard
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 t ground black pepper
1 1/2 lb flank steak

Good with deer loins. Wrap in bacon and grill. As I grill
I marinade with Worcestershire, garlic and butter

Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic and ground black pepper. Place meat in a shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over the steak, turning meat to coat thoroughly. (Or put in ziplock bag) Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours.
Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
Spray pam on grill. Place steaks on the grill and discard the marinade or boil the marinade & use to put over top if desired. (Could use with hoagies & top with sauté onions & juice) Grill meat for 5 - 6 minutes per side. Or till done. Remove and place in foil 5 minutes to rest.
If do on stove, drain meat so not boiled but stir fried.

For Fajitas: Stir fry meat in 1 T oil. Stir fry green peppers, onions, fajita seasonings or 1/2 T coriander & 1/2 T cumin.
