Chuck Roast
Onion
Celery
1 Can Beef Broth
Worcestershire Sauce
Catsup
Salt & Pepper
Potatoes or Carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast in a little oil on both side in a pan that can be used in the oven. Chop some onion and celery into the pan for flavor. Salt and Pepper the roast. Add 1 can beef broth and put on lid and place into the oven at 325º for 3 to 4 hours. Turn every half hour or so and add water if needed.
1 hour before done, dash Worcestershire sauce onto the roast. Cut up some potatoes and or carrots and put around the roast. Thin some catsup and put over entire roast and dash some on the vegetables. Cut up some celery and onions and put on top of roast. Salt and pepper and put back into oven. During the last half hour remove lid. When done make some thickening with flour and water and add to gravy.
