1 egg
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 6 oz. pkg. (1 cup) chocolate chips
2 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sifted flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven 350º

Beat egg in 1 quart saucepan. Stir in condensed milk, sugar and salt. Cook over low heat, 2 minutes--stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, butter, vanilla and water. Stir until smooth. Stir pecans into flour and add to the chocolate mixture. Drop by teaspoon on a Reynolds Release non-stick aluminum foil lined cookie sheet.
Bake 350 for 12-15 minutes
Let cool 10 minutes. Then slowly peel off foil. (If they do not peel off easily put back into oven for another1 to 2 minutes. Again cool and then peel off foil)

These are great cookies but need TLC baking. The bottoms will peel easily when properly baked and smooth on bottoms.
