Pastry for two crust pie.

3 C. Saskatoon berries
3/4 C sugar
1/4 C uncooked tapioca
1 tsp lemon juice



Directions:
Directions:
Line 9" pie plate with pastry. Combine sugar and tapioca and blend with berries.
Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with lemon juice. Top with pastry.
Bake in 425° F, oven for 10 minutes, then 350° F, oven for additional 45 - 50 minutes. Serve warm.
