1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. fat free sour cream
1/2 cup agave (or 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup sugar)
2 eggs
3 Tbs. more fat free sour cream
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 3/4 c whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, first 1/2 c. sour cream, and sugar. Add eggs, rest of sour cream, almond extract, and vanilla. Mix until combined. Add the rest of the ingredients. Roll together into a ball and refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour. Roll out onto surface and cut into shapes. Bake at 375 for 6-8 minutes. Do not over bake. Frost if desired.

Another cookie recipe that I really don't mind my kids eating a lot of. Yummy even without frosting. I love the hearty wheat taste. :)
